Shortlist profiles who match the requirement and schedule for interviews
Update the interview assessment forms
Conduct Reference Check for new hires
Induction of new joiner to the hospital – visit to key facilities and introduction to all concerned.
Maintain the Employee file as per prescribes protocols from the HO-HRD.
Maintain all mandatory documents and to send them to HO within prescribed time lines eg. Probationary evaluation form, transfer letters, resignation letters, appointment letters etc.
Probation completion activities to be complied in accordance with HO-HRD.
Document and intimate HO-HRD all HR related disciplinary actions (termination) taken at the unit
Every month send the muster roll reports along with the necessary data, as per protocols
Other Important Points -
Update on the concession and Emergency loan forms and update the accountant and HO-HRD for deductions.
Coordinate for training requirements with HO-HRD and respective departments also maintain all training documentation department wise.
To make sure all staff abides by the duty timings, wear ID and prescribed uniforms.
To monitor staff behavior, to counsel staff with respect to performance, collect feedback from reporting managers, and maintain confidentiality in salary and disciplinary matters.
To arrange for staff meeting as instructed by HA / AO.
To arrange all the celebrations and actively participate at events conducted at the unit.
