• Experience in employee relation should be preferred.
• Should have experience about performance appraisal.
• Candidate verbal communication skills should be excellent.
• Presentation skills of the candidate should be excellent.
• Candidate should have smart personality.
• Candidate should be aggressive & proactive.
• Candidate has ability to solve issues of employees regarding payroll, medical insurance, employee referrals, attendance, leave etc.
• Candidate should have ability to liaison with the Compensation and Benefits team.
• Candidate should be willing to work in multiple shifts.
• Should be excellent in handling ER issues and grievances and Leave Management.
