The bank was established in 2010 Allahabad UP Gramin Bank is a regional rural bank (RRB) in Uttar Pradesh, India. after the amalgamation of 2 RRBs viz Lucknow Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Sitapur & Triveni Kshetriya Gramin Bank. It includes in the list of Bank published by RBI in its second schedule. The ownership of the Bank is vested with Central Government (50%), Allahabad Bank (35%) & Govt. of Uttar Pradesh (15%).
