Alokya’s mission is to propagate India’s centuries-old traditional folk art through its products. Alokya is a women-operated brand that has been established to improve our society and provide exceptionally talented and unrecognized Indian indigenous artists with a platform to promote their creativity. Alokya aims to endorse its extraordinary art through its innovative artisanal lifestyle and home décor products. We are a 100% sustainable brand that pledges to deliver a gratifying and fulfilling way to indulge in luxurious products; and appreciate India’s folk art.

Founded by creative homemaker Reetu Kedia, daughter Simran Kedia, and son Subham Kedia. Alokya is a breakthrough in the field of traditional Indian folk art representation.

Simran holds an undergraduate degree from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Subham is an incoming MBA candidate of the Class of 2025 at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has experience working in management consulting and strategic initiatives. He holds an undergraduate degree from IIT Kharagpur and a graduate degree from Columbia University in the City of New York.
