The company was established in the year 1994, in the eastern part of India in the city of Calcutta. It started on a small note primarily because of the entrepreneurial drive of an individual who had the vision to carve a separate identity of his .The company have over the years has grown considerably and today it has a plant installed near Calcutta with all facilities to produce gears, shafts and other precision components. The company has got a flat structure which it is very proud of. It has an environment which encourages an environment of interaction across hierarchy thereby continuous drive to fine-tune and establish best practices.
