The seat of the court is located in Ahmedabad. The current Chief Justice of this court is Vikram Nath and there are a total of 42 judges serving at present. This court has jurisdiction over all civil and criminal cases registered within its territorial limits as well as appeals against judgments passed by lower courts or tribunals situated within its territory.
