WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOUTH

The role would encompass a variety of responsibilities, including and not necessarily limited to: Network Expansion & Social Media Management: • Monitoring and managing key social media accounts • Development and management of outward communications Customer Relations: • Interactions with prospective customers – telephonic, email, etc. Profiling of customers and data record management. • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; • B2B lead generation methodology, process, product positioning and client closures. • Sales database development and management Researching and recommending new opportunities. • Recommending profit and service improvements. • Assist the management in activities related to marketing and sales & day to day operations. • Understand the sales process and develop the sales strategy. • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; • Would also be trained for tendering in different government agencies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and hindi mandatory) • Candidates must have their own conveyance • Ability to solve real life problems • Educational Qualification: Ongoing / Completed Bachelors or Masters • Self-starting attitude and proactive approach • Sharp analytical skills and logic • Should have good knowledge of computer applications like MS-Office • Strong commitment – willingness to work really hard • Ability to take directions, work independently and willingness to work with tight deadlines. • There will be performance based incentives along with a fixed base stipend. • A lot of growth opportunities will be given based upon the candidate's performance. • Part time job/ Work from home may also be offered depending upon performance.
