New Age Builders was started in the year 2006 as a proprietorship concern. The company initially was a fulltime structural consultant and a contractual builder and later in 2007 started its own residential promotion projects registered as a partnership firm.
The company is headed by its Managing Director Mr. S. Jayakumar, (Master degree in Structural Engineering from Anna University, Ex-L&T) and its Directors Mr. J. Joseph Samuel, (Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales, U.K. and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, U.S.) and Mr. K. V. Ajay ( Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Madras and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Bharathiyar University).
