Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in 1965 decided to form a whole new subsidiary to cater to overseas clients and companies in Iran, Burma, EU, Saudi Arabia etc. Hence, The Government and India and The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas formed ONGC Videsh Ltd. to convert overseas clients and manage the import export of oil resources like petroleum, natural gas, biogas etc. With assets and acquisitions spreading across 17 countries and multiple collaborations with Oil and Petroleum Firms, ONGC Videsh Ltd. is an international brand name in Oil and Naural Gas Production.
