Should be open to attend various SynapseIndia Trainings that are organized frequently at office premises for personal & professional development of employees. Ability to come up with innovative ideas and contribute in upgrading various SynapseIndia Technologies. To participate & contribute towards different SynapseIndia CSR initiatives, as per his/her own interest. Open to learning new technologies & growing as a part of SynapseIndia career. Can refer new candidates for SynapseIndia jobs based on current openings. Should be willing to coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for new hirings in SynapseIndia Recruitments & various SynapseIndia Current Openings.
