About Us

Wellside Global Pvt Ltd is a company incorporated in India on15th March 2007, in order to develop real estate projects in India. Shri Aditya Kumar Poddar, Chairman of Wellside Group is the main promoter of the Company. The Wellside Group owns multiple commercial spaces in Kolkata which have been leased /rented out. The objective of the group is to set-up world class real estate projects including hospitality and infrastructure projects in India in addition to development of commercial & retail space as also residential housing/ apartments

The earmarked & prime on going residential project is in Camac Street – Kolkata. The development site is the former house of Sir R N Mookerjee – A integral royal & lifestyle development residential project of 200000 sqft – valued at Rs 350 crore, we are presently on the fourth floor of the development. The existing Mercantile Building - Galleria 1910 have commercial space of 30000 sqft. its under the process of lease on rental basis, to several reputed brands.
