Technical Sales Executive
Hiring for an MNC based at Bangalore Location
We are Hiring for a big Multi National Company(MNC) which has its Indian Head office in Bangalore and the location of the job will be Bangalore.
o Accountable for business development and achieve the target set for the given set of
customers in the particular area.
o Draw up plans to achieve monthly targets for both direct customers and distributors
o Conduct trials for identified products and customers
o Plan and carry out regular visits to the customers and identify opportunities for up
gradation of existing products
o Develop and maintain good relationship with key personnel of customer
o Support the distributors to get orders from end customers during promotions and
o Identify untapped potential of new or existing customers, discuss the need of the
customer, and select a suitable product. Conduct trails and present results of trials to
customers and solicit orders
o Resolve customer issues related to product performance
o Provide tailor made solutions for customers. Work with the customer to generate
enquiries, coordinate with HO for proposal and solicit orders
o Create a Growth and retention plan at the beginning of the month and ensure
implementation of the plans
Desired candidate profile
o Should have scored min 60% in 10th, 12th and Diploma(till date) with no backlogs
o Should have the flair to out-perform the expectations.
o Should be interested in the technical selling field.
o Should be ready to relocate to any location in India
