Required Candidate profile
Graduation completed, holding certificate
Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Comfortable using computers
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills ( English and Hindi )
should have knowledge of computer skills
- Minimum 6 hours to be logged in a day and maximum will be discussed in detail
