Our curriculum is broad based and seeks to expose students to the various aspects of STEAM. So a candidate can have either a B.Ed/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Engg/B.Tech/PhD. Main criteria of selection are to be passionate about teaching, learning and connecting with and inspiring others.
Candidates must be committed to strengthening and enriching student learning through innovative teaching, research the latest on a topic and be able to simplify concepts to the level of a novice/intermediate/advanced learner.
Must also be willing and able to reach out to students of varied aptitudes, and have the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
If you’re a seasoned educator with experience learning new curriculum, we’ll provide the training and tools to hone your expertise in the new subject matter.

Knowledge/Skills
·Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fluid environment
·Previous experience working in innovative teaching programs plus.
·Must be able to help students develop analytical and critical thinking skills
