Designation – Client Relationship Manager
Working Hours- 9:30am -6:30pm
Working Days-5 days
If Fresher salary range: 18k to 20k pm.
• Ensuring effective execution for the accounts assigned, efficiently managing the accounts, jointly strategizing for campaigns and client co-ordination
• Reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely
• Inter-team co-ordination to ensure deliverables are met
• Understanding the brand thoroughly and deciding the delivery
• Establishing in-depth understanding of each platform
• Customer Satisfaction-
- Efficiently managing the account assigned and deliver excellentservice through correct and on time delivery of campaigns to the client as per the guidelines and maintaining high engagement levels for all the clients
PROCESSES & INNOVATION
• Campaign ideation-Conducting competitor review, analyzing the current brand status and research on digital media trends could be used for reference to ideate on the content.
• Client co-ordination- Interact with clients on a daily basis for strategy and execution purposes. Attend client meetings periodically as and when required. Tactfully handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically push- back client if the need be
• Account Execution-
- Execute the client’s plan/requirement and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Preparing Reports and send it out every day/week. Also, preparing monthly and campaign specificreports,

• Develop and Leverage Relationships- Actively contribute to achieving the team goals setso as to collaboratively impact department performance.
• Team Building- Observe timeliness to improve inter-team and intra- team co-ordination and thereby strengthen the bond. Actively participate in the fun activities conducted by the organization
