Job Description

-Acquisition of Individual and Corporate Clients and advising on wealth management services through products like mutual funds, PMS, Bonds, advice on direct equity, structured products etc
-Advising Individual & Corporate Clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio -
Grow revenue bottom line for Mutual Funds and Trading Products
-Build the Exodus Wealth Management Brand and drive sales through both offline and online channels
- Drive new customer acquisition - Increase penetration and market share with regards to Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured & Trading Products
-Maintain one-on-one Customer Relationship with HNI client and achieve the average AUM for the clients
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships - Understand the market and build a revenue growth strategy for the region
- Hire, mentor and grow a team of Sales Executives
-Target Settings for the Sales Executives Skills & Requirements: People with 5+ years of B2C sales experience with an understanding of mutual funds and trading sector - Preferably 2+ years of team management experience
- Self-starters with a willingness to work in fast-paced environments, hunger to hustle and close deals
- Professionals with vast networks, with active Customer relationships
- Productive team players with excellent interpersonal skills, recognising and respecting the value of all members to achieve results
- Excellent analytical skills to effectively understand the market and target value-adding activities to maximum effect
- Ability to learn with a consultative approach to sales
