Work on support tickets and provide resolutions to the clients. Handle the project independently in absence of lead. Coordinate with client. Learn new tools/technologies as per project requirements.

Good written and verbal communication
Should be able to handle the client calls independently
Strong technical and logical skills which can help to provide resolutions to clients on support tickets
Knowledge on scripting languages like Javascript
Should have good database knowledge
Should have knowledge on Single Sign On
Salesforce or Zendesk knowledge
Webservers knowledge like Tomcat, Weblogic
CI/CD integration
Should be adaptive as per project requirements and willing to work in shifts.
JAVA and Haskell knowledge will add on
