Job Responsibility:

1.Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
2.A maximum
number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
3.Outbound calling on data collected and lead generation activities/ secondary data sources
4.Inbound Calls, handling customer enquiry and enable sales process, close sales wherever required
5.Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direst sales out of these calls.
6.Be updated on new products and services
7.Use CRM and Oher tools to answer queries
8.In addition to Phone calls also answer sales enquiries on WhatsApp and Web Site Chat

Skill Required:

1.High Customer Centricity
2.Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
3.Fluent in Hindi and English
4.Knows to handle Internet, and use MS Office tools – Word, Excel and Power Point.
5.Have high closure orientation.
6.Strong outbound Tele - Sales Experience
7.Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
