Key Accountabilities


1.Deliver sales according to budget and growth targets in India, Sri Lanka & B’desh
2.Realize business from the ongoing Business Development activities
3.Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnering with a value-added approach
4.Motivate existing business partners & consultants to deliver on the commitments
5.Strengthen engagement & cooperation with Key Accounts
6.Identify new business ideas & aggressively hunt for new markets


Key Activities


1.Thoroughly understand the budget commitments & work towards fulfilling 100% and strive to exceed
2.Establish strong relationship with Direct accounts and look for business expansion
3.Identify, assess and develop potential new accounts
4.Motivate, train & review distributor and their representatives on the FAB of Levasil products
5.Conduct business presentations, submit samples, organize skype meetings, prepare quotations and effectively negotiate for securing orders
6.Actively participate in Business Intelligence meetings
7.Contribute to Market Intelligence information
8.Collaborate with internal specialists, application experts, consultants and put in place NDA or NAA as may be required
9.Identify and appoint new distributors
10.Adhere to LSR and Core Values of Nouryon
11.Be attentive to customer demands & fulfill expectations
12.Good working Knowledge of CRM and its applications for Business Growth
13.Willing to travel as per business requirements




Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):


1.B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.E./ B.Tech (Chem Engg). MBA would be an added advantage
2.Person from Speciality Chemical or Coatings background with Sales & Marketing experience of at least
2 to
6 years
3.Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
4.Enthusiastic with strong drive, capacity for taking initiatives and ‘never give-up attitude’
5.Positive mind set and progressive thinking attitude, willing to learn new things & flexibility
6.Very strong in networking and interpersonal skills with customers but also internally.
7.Enthusiasm to travel ~50% or more of his/her time (or) as per customers & business requirements.
