The key responsibilities of the position include: • Manage the delivery of one or more projects • Manage client’s expectations • Proactively plan for resources (tools, training, etc.) as required • Assess team structure and share roles and responsibilities with team members • Participate and contribute towards project launch activities • Guide and Review deliverables created by team members • Prioritize and track progress on deliverables, project timelines and budgets • Report on progress towards project milestones and escalate any deviations/ delay to Principal • Create & Manage Project related tasks • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration • Coordinates meetings with the product committee, project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task • Coordinate with internal and external Stakeholders as necessary Required Skills / Experience: • B Tech / B E (Computer Science/ Information Technology) / MCA • 6-10 years of IT industry experience. • SFDC experience of minimum 2 years. • Analytical and Problem-solving skills • Clear communication and articulation ability which includes ability to converse with customers, compose comprehensive mails with no open ends, make presentations and create project collaterals. • Proven ability to manage teams.
