Company Development Executive- Academic Consultant)

Job Description:

Qualification / Experience:
- MBA (Sales and Marketing) preferred
- Prior Education industry experience is an added advantage
Salary: 2.5L-4.5L/ Per annum + Incentives + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

- BDE-AC plays the role of Frontline Salesperson
-BDE- AC demonstrates the product and its use to potential customers
- Assists customers in subscribing to the product
- Advise student/ parents in their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions.
- Generate revenue through counseling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face demos
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
- Willing to travel within the city limits (management will provide travelling charge + Laptop allowance)
