Job Description

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1.Responsible for complete documentation.
2.Responsible for Quotation Generation, Order Acceptance.
3.GST (Goods and Service Tax) related procedures.
4.To send Invoices to the customer along with relevant documents & follow-up for payment.
5.Responsible for remote management of satellite office billing in the Zone.
6.Updating the Customer Database & Installation Database in PRISM.
7.Updating Warranty Master in PRISM.
8.Reconciliation of customer ledgers whenever necessary.
9.Handle Dispatch Documents.
10.To send AR Reminder letter to customer & follow-up for AR collection.
11.To deposit cheque in Company Bank account with intimation to the Finance Department.
12.Prepare MIS reports.
