The incumbent will be responsible for handling manpower recruitment activities for various corporates and MNCs across India and Overseas.
1) Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment
2) Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
3) Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be a continuous activity.
4) Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
5) Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
6) Managing MIS / Database.
