We are looking for an ambitious, tactical and energetic intern or fresher who would like to be a part of our dynamic Business Development and help the organization keep the top market position with effective growth solutions. It would be great to have someone along with prior knowledge of sales (telephonic & email), convincing tactics with overall good communication skills and a dynamic, go-getter and never takes a no attitude, someone who is internet savvy and likes to understand the trends of technology, knows some foreign language is an advantage. The candidates will undergo on-the-job training by the team leads and heads of department respectively and will have to have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. If the candidate proves to be performance driven and a best-fit in the organization, the candidate will certainly be compensated with deserving remuneration and will have a lucrative career future in this fast growing industry. The goal is converting the inbound leads and closing the deals, also creating outbound leads if necessary, creating prominent pipelines and closing deals, maintaining online presence of the company, creating trust amongst clients and creating a strong network online and offline on various platforms or sites e.g. - linked-in, or other B2B platforms and industry associations. A business development expert plays a specialized, individual contributor role as part of the management team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the BD associate pursues specific goals in lead qualification, lead conversion, communication and closures.
