Business Development Executive - IT Sales

This can be partial commission / conversion based jobs.
You will do cold calling industry mapping & research. You will need to do meeting with customers if needed.
1. You will be responsible for lead generation & on boarding of clients for our IT services and solutions we provide.
2. Reaching out to leads (via inbound and outbound channels)
3. Present, promote and sell services of Mindtraits.
4. Corporate sales by purchasing limited leads via online / offline sources. Generate new business and raise awareness about the company product and services. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Writing excels reports for the same.
5. Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies, models and evaluating their effectiveness.
6. Explore customer leads through cold calling
7. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
9. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
10. Co ordinate sales efforts with the dev-team
11. Reports on customer needs, problem, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
12. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the sector
13. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
14. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
