Job Desctiption and key Accountabilities
Ø
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Ø
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Ø
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Ø
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Ø
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Ø
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by all the team members reporting.
Ø
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
Ø
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Ø
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
Background of the Business Development EXECUTIVE


Ø
Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation
skills, Ability to build rapport, Time management and planning skills for team n self.
Ø
Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
Ø
Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Ø
Well organized with in Reporting all activities as per company norms
Ø
Take responsibility for behaving in a manner that supports the NIPL’s Culture and Values, and the Leadership and Management behaviors.
