Responsibilities and Duties We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. Candidate must have the dedication to work in the team, boost sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Job Summary · Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. · Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. · Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. · Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. · Research and build relationships with new clients. · Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. · Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. · Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. · Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. · Present an image that mirrors that of the client. · Should know how to use online platform like facebook, linkedin, freelancer and more for online sale. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications · Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. · Lead Generation via Email Marketing. · Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills (Written and Oral). · Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up and Requirement Gathering. · Client Interaction. · Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital marketing · Prepare business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new enterprise customers. #Salary : 30k + Incentive
