Deputy Manager- HR
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To process and maintain the database/ records related to Payroll & HR Operations and to analyse the data and provide timely reports and support within defined TAT.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·Full & Final Settlement
·HRIS – Mapping & corrections
·PMS – Tracking and timely completion.
·Death Case handling
·Biometric reports & Analysis
·Payroll Support to the circles
·FIDA event planning
·SAP for billings
·Preparing & Maintaining MIS
related to HR Ops
ØTIC & Smart Cards: Ensure 100 % TIC in Soft copy as well as a hard copy.
ØAccident Report: Accident report within 24 hrs
·Compliances(ESIC, P Tax, Bonus, LWF):
Timely remittance of all compliances
·Labour Cases/ Notices: Track, update and replies of all notices received and labour cases in the region
4. JOB CONTEXT: The incumbent will provide support to the entire region to deliver various transactional activities as defined in an SOP.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Graduate with knowledge of
MS Office (Excellent in Excel).
Should have well in database management & MIS. Basic knowledge of payroll, HR compliances & processes will be preferred.
