Eligibility Criteria for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2021
· Educational Qualification for General Manager: All candidates who have a Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA from a reputed institute, are eligible for the post of General Manager and can apply for IIM Lucknow recruitment 2021.
· Relevant Experience: at least 15 years’ experience; of which at least five years should have been in a Senior Managerial position, such as Head of Training Programmes, etc., involving designing, developing, and marketing of MDPs and executive training programs, or Training & Development activities, or related academic and professional services
· Age Limit General Manager: The candidate must be 62 years of age to become General Manager in the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
· Nationality: Indian
