1) Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment
2) Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
3) Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be continuous activity.
4) Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for as per requirements.
5) Managing MIS / Database.
Candidate Requirement / Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Any Graduate/Masters with strong English communication and MS office knowledge is a must. Recruitment Industry experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should have passion on HR IT Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills with pleasant phone personality
Must be able to work independently with never give up attitude
Good Understanding / Knowledge of End - End Recruitment life cycle is a plus
