Admin Assistant is in charge of end to end Front office administration and plant administration, for LISEGA India Private Limited, with added on responsibilities pertaining to HR and Admin
Primary duties of Front Office Management
Secondary duties pertaining to HR and Admin Assistant
Answer and direct phone calls and couriers
Guest and visitors administration and related logistics (flight and hotel bookings)
Housekeeping administration, ensuring proper hygiene and 5S in the plant via housekeeping
Order office supplies (stationaries and others) and research new dealers and suppliers for the purpose
Maintain contact lists
Support HR and admin activities as required
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Foreign Expats Management
Get the dates on which the expats will come.
Book Tickets for the same.
Issue the invitation letter to them.
Book the rooms in the guest house/Hotel
In case the Expat is not staying in Vadodara then book the hotel and make travel arrangements for them.
Prepare an Itinerary and send it to the expat coming.
To see if new plants are needed.
Regularly get updates in the changes that need to be done for the garden management.
Buy new garden equipments if needed.
Make a visa covering letter for the employees travelling abroad.
Changes in GET Contracts if needed.
Make arrangements in case of any function in office.
Co-ordinate for Diwali gifts.
