Position: Restaurant Captain
As a restaurant captain, you are responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served. Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty.

Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor.
Filling in for absent staff as needed
Punch the order and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food.
Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.


180000 – 240000 per annum + Service Charge and tips

Position: Steward
Job description

Steward Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting patrons, and if needed, confirming and taking reservations
Preparing for guests by cleaning and setting tables
Setting up any seasonal decorations, candles, or table cloths
Assisting guests by providing menus; keeping menus clean and presentable
Serving water to guests and refilling beverage glasses as needed
Placing and replacing silverware as needed
Delivering beverages from the bartender
Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, and salt and pepper containers
Directing guests to restrooms or exits as needed
Clearing table as guests complete their meals and preparing tables for next guests
Following and maintaining all sanitation and safety procedures
Assists in cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and other duties as needed
Additional duties may include assisting kitchen staff with preparing salads, appetizers, or desserts; adding garnishes or decorations to food
