Job Description

- Sourcing, Screening, Staffing, Mass mailing and Bulk / Volume hiring through job portals, Vendors, Walk-in/ Campus-Screening, References and Database with existing requirements, interest check, short listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, final closure and regular follow up till joining of the candidates.

* Understanding the requirement or job description thoroughly by discussing with the concerned Group Heads and Senior Project Managers.

* Collaborating with various project managers to identify future hiring needs .

* Maintaining a healthy relationship & Coordination with Current Vendors and Stake-holders to ensure good business terms. * Conducting preliminary interview-panel through Telephonic, Skype & Personal Sessions to validate the candidate's credential against job specification and coordinating with hiring managers for further rounds.

* Implementing and coordinating the overall recruiting for huge walk-in/ Campus hire to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.

* Closing of positions in the allocated budget and given TAT (turnaround time).

* Possessing expertise in handling critical or high-end escalations & achieving success out of that.
