Roles and Responsibilities:
We're inviting applicants for the
Territory Sales Officer profile for the Gujarat region. The profile will majorly focus on General Trade (Distributor Management).
We are looking for someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities. You will lead our efforts to generate revenue with new clients by executing a disciplined new business development protocol.
The ideal candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Experience Required: Min 1 – 3 year
Preferred Industries: Food & Beverage, FMCG,
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle Channel (Distribution, Distributor, and Retailers) Sales Development.
- Review Coverage Expansion by appointing Retailers within the Distributors network.
- Review Distributor wise Sales against monthly targets.
- Visit Retailer routinely to solve their problems and build relationships with them.
- Ensuring Distributor-wise minimum inventory of each stock.
- Responsible for BTL activities.
- Identify areas of opportunities and potential for input in the assigned region for an effective sales
-Track Competition display, sales revenue & product range in the market.
- Generate and track on revenue (primary & secondary) from the distributor part and a major focus for secondary
- Handle Distributor sales executive giving them on field & Classroom training.
- Ensuring availability & visibility of the product in the assigned market
- Timely and frequent visits to the outlets & maintaining a minimum stock level at each outlet.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using MS- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Reporting skills
- Willing to travel on a frequent basis, preferably his own conveyance for local travel
- We should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
