Responsibilities and Duties
1. The candidate will be responsible for database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and lining-up Walk-ins in the office, etc.
2. Following up on Client leads for sale of properties.
3. Responsible for handling clients inquiries and servicing customers needs.
4. Be an expert on issues of real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions etc.
5. Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospect clients.
6. Contribute to the primary goals of the Company in uplifting sales/revenues.
7. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
8. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
9. Providing excellent service to the customers to make property investment a delightful experience
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Any graduate - Any specification or 12th Pass with experience.
2. 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a customer care executive or an important role.
3. Real Estate Industry knowledge or relevant experience.
4. Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
6. Fast learner and passion for sales.
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
