JOB DESCRIPTION
Eligibility:
Minimum graduate
Must be willing to work at the HYDERABAD location. And, candidates must be willing to work in US business hours, no day shift.( working hours 6.30 pm to 4 AM, IST ).
Only Freshers can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions.

- Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support the client's hiring needs.

- Get involved in a hands-on recruiting profile.

- Create and maintain a database of potential clients and candidates.

- Should have sound knowledge on end to end recruitment process sourcing
-Identifying screening shortlisting interviewing candidates.

-Should have excellent communication, convincing skills, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent MS Office skills are desired
