Job Description

Need a Human Resource person who can understand the profile requirement and can recruit accordingly. Take care of pre-selection and post selection process. Should be able to handle certain Administrative tasks.

Location: Gadag (Local candidates preferred.)
Language: Proficiency in
English and Hindi is Must
Industry: Software (Attendance & Payroll)

Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge in other state languages will be beneficial.
Should be good at Managing team and helping company manage a good Employee experience/engagement
Should be Hardworking,
Honest and Team worker.
Candidate having knowledge on Employee engagement and experience will be preferred.
Should be Proactive and Quick Learner
