3. Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel.


Key responsibilities:
1.Initiate purchase requisitions
2. Order office supplies and equipment.
3. Train and supervise casual and housekeeping staff.
4. Process client orders, invoices, and payments.
5. Create and maintain database records.
6. Manage front office operations.
7. Liaise with local authorities and vendors.
8. Track and process annual fixed asset inventory
9. Plan meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings.
10. Arrangements for conference call and meeting
