Business Development/Sales/Marketing professional has three primary responsibilities:
• Identifying new Sales Leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Doing all the Front Website Configuration (CRM) for the Client.
Resolving the Tech-Support Queries of International/Domestic Clients.
Handling Live-Chat Portals.
• Online Bidding on Different Portals like Guru, PPH, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. Co-ordinate with the pre-sales and development team for any technical aspect from the client. Co-ordinate with the accounts department of our company for the invoices and take follow-ups with the clients for recurring and new invoices.
