The Australian Building and Construction Commission (ABCC) is an independent statutory authority established by the Federal Government to promote workplace relations in Australia’s building, engineering and construction industry. The ABCC works with employers, employees, unions, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are treated fairly under the law.
