F Tec Skill Development

F-TEC Skill Development (Foresight Edutech Pvt Ltd), an NSDC Training Partner, is a Social Enterprise transforming the skills development, vocational training and corporate training landscape. We have a pan India presence with 100+ training centers operated by F-TEC Skill Development with trained manpower and already trained 4 Lacs+ youth in the country. F-TEC Skill Development is a key training partner to the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), we aim to train 70K students through 50+ centers in the next 10 years.

The trainees range from college & school dropouts to 10th pass or those pursuing diploma/ degree and are determined to hone their employability skills. A stringent process is followed at our training centres to ensure holistic development through a mix of domain training, digital literacy, English language and work readiness skills.

F-TEC Skill Development model is about Foresight Society on the core principles of social enterprise wherein, grassroots projects for marginalised communities are taken care off by Foresight Society of Human Resource & Development.On the other side there is network of centres wherein government sponsors the fee for NSQF at school level, PMKVY centres, PMKK (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra) and different State Skill Mission.
