RestroCart Supplies and Solutions LLP is a New Delhi design and manufacturing studio for the hospitality industry. Founded in 2018 by Raashi Gupta (Business Head) and Vasudha Gupta (Creative Head), we are the single partner restaurateurs call for custom uniforms, tableware, merchandise, packaging and print. Opening a restaurant usually means chasing separate vendors for chef coats, aprons, menus and coasters, each with a different timeline and a different reading of the logo. RestroCart was built to end that run-around. One design team, one production standard across fabric, wood, cork, paper and metal, and one delivery at the door. We work with cafes, bars, bakeries, fine-dine restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels and F&B chains across India. More than 250 brands have ordered with us, from The Lodhi, New Delhi to specialty coffee bars and neighbourhood bakeries. Production starts only after design approval, with quality checks before dispatch. Orders ship pan-India from our Naraina studio. Website: https://www.restrocart.com
You work on brands guests actually see. Uniforms, menus, coasters and merchandise for cafes, hotels and restaurant groups, not generic catalogue sales. The studio sits in Naraina, New Delhi, with design, client partnership and operations in the same room. You see a brief turn into a sample, then into a doorstep delivery anywhere in India. The catalogue is wide: chef coats, aprons, polos, wooden menus, coasters, badges, totes and packaging. Sales and operations people own real client relationships, from first WhatsApp to reorder. Founded in 2018 and still founder-led. Useful if you want responsibility early, in a company that already has a public work gallery and repeat hospitality clients.
People who can talk to restaurant owners with clarity and follow through. Strong spoken and written English, comfortable in MS Office, and able to turn a conversation into a clean order. We hire for sales, operations and design support. Sales roles need prior coordination or business-development experience, a service mindset, and the drive to open new channels through calls, meetings and industry networks. Comfort in a growing studio matters more than a big-company title. You should like hospitality, care about how a brand looks, and be happy owning a result rather than only a task.
