TAXSHE is a statement, statement to make a change! Founded by 2 women, one having a 20 year experience in investment banking and another having a decade of experience in Supply chain consultancy, we dream to make India a safer place for our families. Vandana Suri is a mom and a caretaker first. She is also a serial entrepreneur and carries with her over 2 decades of working experience involving diverse industry and in dynamic roles. Her early days in the field of chartered accountancy and financial management experience , helped her to head Whitefield Honda, an automobile giant in Bangalore as Head – Finance. From there, her career evolved into setting up business of car finance, general insurance and life insurance business.She ventured into the banking sector and the NBFC space, working with established corporates like ABN AMRO Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Aditya Birla Financial Services Group and Trust Group. Her passion is to help, as a well as being a established career woman she is instrumental in establishing “YCEEYA Women Chapter”. Her sincere contribution to help women in business through her leadership, mentoring and training has helped establish over 100’s of YCEEYA members in Bangalore.
WHY WORK FOR US
Our intent is to make India a safe place for our families. One practical solution to this was bringing in women drivers to take our families around. We call ourselves as Roos, which stems from the word Kangaroo, which is a strong and caring animal. This is not just a job, its a social statement, a change we have been waiting for!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOUTH
What we are looking for is that fire, that burning desire to change situations around us, step by step, in a focussed way. We look forward to young girls wanting to change this blue collared/ white collared job scenarios around us. This is the need of the hour, and we are sure our youth have that pride in themselves and would love an opportunity to be part of a revolutionary history!
