Why do Corporate prefer INTERNSHIP with realistic work experience ?
INTERNs with on job , realistic experience are easy to adapt to corporate with sound deliverable since they join any company. VQMS not only helps in providing corporate with ready to join fresher but also ready to give output from fresh students.

Is INTERNSHIP a necessity or a compulsion ?
As management colleges and Technical colleges made a mandatory activity to avail Internship training for their students. Why not do general academics do have these activity in their course curriculum. Please share your views. How INTERNSHIP helps in shaping career of freshers ?
