About Us
We are Working provides companies with two things – remote workers (VAs) and ultra-tight workflow. When having work done remotely, it really becomes all about the workflow. Being true experts at workflow, we not only connect your task with a good remote worker (onshore or offshore), we also create a solid workflow that ensures that task gets done correctly and on time. Once a task is handed to We Are Working, all of the operational headaches associated with that task become our responsibility. No more recruiting, onboarding, managing, etc."
WHY WORK FOR US
We empower our team members to help them achieve their career and organizational objectives. In doing so, we celebrate the individual and help them achieve their true potential. By joining our team, you will grow and realize the complete potential of your skills and will have the perfect work life balance to achieve your other goals as well.
At our company you can either explore a map full of exciting avenues or create a whole new path for yourself. In our diverse organization we encourage career moves between businesses. We entrust people with responsibilities early in their career and back them in taking calculated risks. And because we know that your life and priorities may change, we support you in making the right choices for yourself as well as your career – whether or not it is a traditional route.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOUTH
We are looking for an individual who can contribute towards the organization's growth and development. For us ethics, sincerity and commitment are key factors that we want all our employees to embody. An unwavering commitment towards the common goals of the organization and the ability to understand customer needs and demands and create solutions that cater to those needs is what is needed to be successful with us. We are looking for people who have a bias for action and aren’t scared of getting their hands dirty in the process of getting things done.
